Spiritual compromise rarely begins with openly rejecting God. It begins when we try to have both God and the world, allowing culture, desires, or even a distorted version of Christianity to take His place. Elijah asked, “If the Lord is God, follow Him.” Revelation calls us to endurance and faithfulness. The question remains: Whom do we follow?

Why are sexual sins so rarely discussed in church? When Christians aren't taught what Scripture calls sin, how can we recognize it, repent, and turn from it? We need the courage to speak truth about sexual sin while remembering that we are forgiven sinners who need God's grace too.

Arrogance is more than an attitude. It is a sin that puts us above God and others. From the Tower of Babel to today's technological advances, Scripture warns what happens when human achievement replaces humble obedience. The problem was never the tower itself but the hearts behind it. Whether we build physical towers or technological ones, God calls us to humility and to use every gift for His glory.

We live in a world that measures worth by success, influence, and accomplishments. But Scripture teaches something very different. God often chooses the weak, unnoticed, and humble to accomplish His will so that He alone receives the glory. From Moses to Nebuchadnezzar, the Bible warns about the danger of pride while showing the beauty of dependence upon God.

Prosperity can quietly blind us to sin. In Jeremiah’s day, warnings were ignored because life seemed stable and blessed—until judgment came. Scripture shows the same pattern throughout history: comfort dulls conviction, warnings are resisted, and sin becomes normal. But God still calls us to repentance, obedience, and peace with Him while it is still called “today.”

Why does God discipline His people, and what does it actually look like? From Israel’s repeated failures in Judges to modern idols that quietly take God’s place in our lives, Scripture shows a consistent pattern: God does not abandon His people, He restores them. Discipline is not vengeful wrath but correction that leads back to life, holiness, and fellowship with Him. Sin brings real consequences, but God’s goal is always restoration, not destruction.
