Spiritual deception doesn’t always come from outside the church. It often begins within—when believers start believing lies about God or themselves. From false teachers to worldly wisdom, we must stay alert, grounded in Scripture, and guided by the Holy Spirit.

Peter warns that though scoffers doubt Christ’s return, God’s timing is perfect. He delays in patience, giving space for repentance, but judgment will surely come. It will be sudden, certain, and final, as the present world is destroyed by fire and the ungodly perish.

The book of Jude may be short, but its warning is urgent: false teachers can destroy faith from within. Like Cain, Balaam, and Korah, they follow envy, greed, and rebellion instead of God. Stay alert, use discernment, and trust the Lord who keeps His people from stumbling.
